What is an insurance "individual" tooth, if I had to get braces? I did some research and it led to deltacars and PacifiCare. It is therefore preferable, dental insurance, or any other suggestions? To go Pacificare deltacars slightly below cost as much as co-payments. Both are HMOs, PPO for every little or nothing for the brakes, so HMOs appears to be the only way to move an individual plan. Deltacars seems more reliable, since it with Delta Dental, is a little more expensive to assigned.

I'm more about "concerns quality" services to manufacturing and other complaints. Then deltacars plans, PacifiCare, or other dental and /? Any personal experiences with both companies? I am in San Francisco, California.
