I do not back surgery syndrome and have a lot of pain from a broken line on my L4. My back has over 11 years combined prior lumbar fusion, which fused my L4 L5 and S1. I suffer daily from sciattica pain and sleep disorders, and a right leg an inch shorter than the left.
