No, the bankruptcy is not your only option, there are people who will help you buy your home or at your place and you can still BeABLE to make a profit, of course, I do not know your Sitch so they have no idea whether it to the advantage of enough. Search ads on Nickel and certain other documents in the news sections of homes and you will be ads that say buy or stop seeing foreclosure, the houses we are, things like that and call some of them and see how much good will at home or give if they can help save.
